The dashboard shows each stage of the process—from warehouse receipt to clearance, shipment, and final availability for pickup or delivery in Jamaica—so you’re always informed.
Email Notifications
Never miss an update with our automated email notifications. Important alerts are sent to the email address you used to register, keeping you informed at every key stage of your package’s journey—from arrival at our US warehouse to readiness for pickup in Jamaica. You’ll also receive notifications about exclusive deals, promotions, system updates, and important service information designed to enhance your Port2Ja Xpress experience.
US Express Air Freight
Need your package fast? Our US Express Air Freight service gets your items ready for pickup within 24 to 72 hours after arrival at our US warehouse. To access this service, simply log in to your Customer Portal, select your assigned shipping address, and enter it exactly as shown on your dashboard when shopping online. Please note: Packages delivered on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day, and the 24–72 hour timeframe will not apply.
US Standard Air Freight
Not in a rush? Port2Ja Xpress Standard Air Freight is a reliable and cost-effective option. With flights three times per week, packages are usually available within 5 to 7 business days after reaching our US warehouse. While more economical than express shipping, this service remains secure, dependable, and efficient.
Delivery Drop Box
Our US warehouse is equipped with a secure Drop Box to accommodate packages delivered after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays. While these packages can be safely received, they will be logged into your dashboard and processed on the next business day, at which point shipment preparation will begin.
Credit Card Services
No credit card? No problem. Port2Ja Xpress offers a convenient Credit Card Service that allows you to shop online using our card for a $1000 service fee based on your order total—making international shopping easier than ever. ***Conditions Apply
